As a former tobacco farmer, family man, and lifelong Tennessean, Eddie Yokley lives by the values that make our community special: responsibility, respect and integrity and doing right by your neighbors. Throughout his life he has worked to honor those values. As a veteran, a father and a public servant, he always tries to set the right example and give back to the community that has given him so much though out his life.

- Married to his wife Carolyn for 31 years. They have two sons, Tyler and Jordan.

- Graduate of South Greene High School
- B.S. Degree from East Tennessee State University by using the G.I. Bill.
- Eddie is a United States Army, Vietnam-era, Veteran. He served in the 101st Airborne Division, Ft. Campbell, KY. He was with the 101st Military Intelligence Company as an Intelligence Photo Interpreter and served as Airborne Paratrooper.
- Real Estate Broker, Auctioneer, and part-time farmer.
- Has been a member of the 103rd through 106th Tennessee General Assemblies
- Served as Greene County Property Assessor from 1992-2004.
